      The 2007 Needs Survey will result in a change in the relative allotments of the DWSRF funds to the states. The new allotments will apply to the DWSRF grants to states for Fiscal Years 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013. EPA will announce the new allotment levels, based on the President's 2010 budget request, through a Federal Register notice planned for mid- to late- April.
